MarkR's software doesn't come from a product team guessing at a market. It comes from thirty years inside enterprise and corporate finance — running the ERP and cost systems, closing the books, carrying the P&L, and sitting in the boardroom. Each product is built around a gap we lived with ourselves, then engineered to plug into the accounting and operational systems a business already runs. We patent what's genuinely new and license the engines to vendors as white-box solutions.
Founder
MarkR was founded by Raman Kapil — MBA, C.Dir, CPA — after thirty years as a CFO, President, and CEO across capital-intensive industry and technology. That operating experience is what every MarkR product is built on: tools that turn real financial and operational data into decisions a business can defend.
